      we get contracts to sign FIN that just say “whatever happens in the contract that’s bad or if the project runs over budget or if the building should spring a leak in fifty years time, the architects will be to blame” or similar.

      sw 101 afraid James or Diaspora would have noticed …..anyway more news of Sligo soon.:)

      today my immoral practices have included lying to two clients, playing engineers against each other to get lower fee quotes out of them, and screwing my boss out of money by wasting his time on archiseek 🙂

      oh! i think u do need a holiday!!!! and that sound like a normal day to be honest….clients are there to be lied to!!!! engineers are there to be abused and i am always (nearly) on this site talking shite 🙂
      and i believe it was disapora alan??? could be wrong though.

      i have to certify compliance with planning…this is a real big problem with most projects as nobody i know does comply with planning!!! and then shit comes flying…
