      Help needed (quite desperatley). Trying to do some work on public art in Ireland and in particular the percent for art scheme. Any pointers to where I can get some info???

      The Office of Public Works are obliged to make use of the per cent for art scheme in all their building contracts.
      So info@opw.ie might be a good place to try…

      Hi this is the link to the National Guidelines on percent for Art funding: http://www.publicart.ie/docs/per_cent_eng.pdf, however they are under review at present and current practice in the area is perhaps not well reflected as the guidelines have been out since 2004. Anymore info please feel free to contact me.

      it is very difficult to get information out of this arts and sport department if thats what you would call it

      ( I think they are afraid of being moved to killaney or where ever )

      I have had contact with them but they where not to helpful…
