      I was crossing the auld Ha’penny Bridge this morning and there it was all draped in plastic Red Roses and foilage….quite attractive too it looked. Jeff Koons, master of Kitsch at work I thought or some other installation artist…….but no I thought maybe it was a wreath to honour the death of the old bridge before it gets it’s new refurbished makeover.
