      So farewell then, Eirebus building on City Quay (next to the late Funnel Bar). Disappeared over the weekend – dont think I’ll miss it though.

      Would the developer please buils apartments on this site – I want a nice penthouse with a clear view of the custom house on one side and the port on the other.

      Good Call – I think there may be some residential element to the development – there is definitely offices though (even though the lovely new one two doors down is still vacent (now that would make a cool penthouse).
