      Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has some nice images of the Gaiety school of acting down in Meeting House Sqaure in Temple Bar? Google/Flickr haven’t been great.

I need one or two for a presentation and would be a great help.

      Thanks in advance.

How soon do you need them?

I have a camera, a bike, and a desire to take the afternoon off. You might be my perfect excuse!

(Could do it over the weekend either, if it’s not urgent.)

Well I’ll be sending the presentation on Monday but honestly don’t put yourself out. If its no hassle and you’re doing so anyway it’d be fantastic but I might get to go down there myself over the weekend. Thanks a million for the generous offer though.

I tried at lunchtime, but the combination of rain and lack of raincoat sent me scurrying back to the office.

I won’t make any promises, but there’s a good chance I’ll be around there in the next couple of days.

(Edit: If I see any potential Archiseekers sitting in the square, I may just keep on walking… ;))

You’re a hero!! Thanks a million. Will be printing tonight so you’re just in time. Got a couple on Sat myself but was possibly the murkiest day ever so wasn’t happy with them.

Made me think I must try and get down to Temple Bar and put together some sort of photo essay about how its fared.

Thanks again for that – great help.:D

No worries. Glad to help. Saturday was a write off for me too.

Your idea re Temple Bar could be the makings of a nice experiment- get a few people to do a photo essay and compare the results- favourite buildings and views, best coffee, suggested shortcuts, which streets are cycleable, not to mention the comparison between the Group 91 Vision and the current Reality. For another day…
