Also in todays paper are revised plans for a retail/residential complex on the site of the current Gaiety Centre. The new plans reduce the size of the development from 8 storeys to 5.
As far as I know it is by the same talented design team.
This area is set to become a real quality contemporary architecture spot. I was in the re-vamped Pub ‘The Clarendon’ this evening and it is as good on the inside as the outside.
Does anyone know who deserves the credit or have any pictures?
If only the Stock building and the adjoining two or three houses could follow.
