empty LUAS trams

ParticipantSo, in the coming year or two, testing will begin with empty trams running on the line._ What a sight that will be, with passenger-less cars flying past._ Have I missed the nicknames for these ghost trams?_ This city has a way with nicknames after all.

Inactivethey’ve already been given a run around a good few times sherrioverseas, the best place to see them being tested is on the Embankment Road in Tallaght …
Further testing is about to start as the section on Embankment Road has now been linked to that on the Belgard Road as far as the Square in Tallaght (about 2.5 miles of navigable track)
I’m not sure if they’ve started testing on the Sandyford line yet, if I see them out, i’ll grab a few pics …
