Inactiveits kina hard to give tips for the test. its made up a picture questions, some people tend to do understand them and do well, others dont.
Try a few online IQ tests, spatial reasoning section, and it should get you used to the type of thing you’ll see.
you will also be asked to write about yourself for about 30 mins. maybe do a practice run at home - March 16, 2007 at 8:39 pm #787765

And rightly so, its not a test to see who knows the most about architecture now, the course is for studying and learning about architecture. Its a test to see who has a potential to understand the concepts of of non linear thinking and patterns

InactiveI question the whole DIT test and interview process. I did both twice. The second year I got less points in the test, despite knowing exactly what was in it beforehand, and even stranger I got considerably less in the Interview, despite having a much better portfolio. I got 97/100 the first year and something like 85/100 the second year.

the test is scored in blocks of 7, so one mistake and a marked dropped means 7 points dropped. (if you were at the lower border). And the test takes into account if you’ve done it before.
Thats a pretty impressive score, anything in the range 80+ is hard to maintain. you need to say the right things one to keep everyone happy and keep that score up.
