Wasn’t there a tax announced some years ago on houses left derelict?
Was it the utter failure it seems to have been? Walking around the Kenilworth area recently I saw several obviously derelict houses.
The traditional – and laudable – Irish distaste for ‘informing’ has obviously caused this tax to fail.
