ParticipantAny thoughts on it?- new to DCC website.
May have been controversial/interesting before the big R but suppose nothing will happen out there for years to come. Think SDCC are in the process of carrying out their own plan for other side of M50- wonder will they be conflicting.

InactiveDCC/SDCC boundary runs just to the west of Kylemore Avenue, then along Cromwellsfort Road and Kimmage Road West, so the site is fully within the DCC area.

As noted on here before, SDCC had a separate process underway for a Naas Road Gateway Urban Design Masterplan, which seems to have gone a bit quiet lately.

InactiveThe SDCC Naas Rd Plan must be underway approx 2 years now- must be very comprehensive or maybe significant amendments were required due the the current climate- costings, proposed land uses, market demand, etc.
