      Not Sure If I Heard It Correct But Is There A Fouth Tier And A Roof Cover Like The Stadium In Cardiff Proposed For Croker Park In The Future?

      I heard about the roof but not about the 4th tier. nither will ever be built. The reason why there is a gap is that the people who live right behind the Hill will be seriously effected if the roof was constructed.
