      I am really happy to see this going ahead.
      It looks very impressive and will have a 5000 seat multipurpose auditorium I believe. What a great asset to the country this will be!!

      No doubt it will, but surely the time to utilise it most was when Cork was show cased as European City of Culture. A year after this finishes is just not good enough.

      Yes – Very true. But at this stage you almost expect this sort of thing!
      I believe it will be opening in Sept 2006 – no a bad timescale really.
