Cork Con No Longer Moving?

Looks like Cork Con are staying put, the deal between themselves and Owen O’ Callaghan must no longer be happening or there must be some variant on it, the original deal apparently was for O’ Callaghan to relocate Con to new grounds at Ballyorban, Douglas (which went through and was granted planning) in return for Owen O Callaghan taking the current Con site and redeveloping it. Musnt be happening now as Con are applying to build a new clubhouse at Temple Hill with dressing rooms, meeting rooms, gym, offices, shop, storage areas, plant, ESB room, toilets and showers and a function room, bar, kitchen and viewing balcony at first floor level with partial demolition of existing clubhouse and relocation of existing entrance off Churchyard Lane
