I’m a senior Architectural Technician currently working for an Architecural practice in Ireland.
I have recently been made an associate of the company following a discussion with the partners about my future in the company which is all very nice and sounds good.The partners in the company are rather vague as to what this means.
Can anyone advise me of my responsibilities or benifits in this regard?
Is there any legislation in regard to company associates?
More comittment from you to the Practice is the pay off.
A nice business card but the partners hold ALL the aces.
Know your limitations and be content with them. Too much ambition results in promotion to a job you can’t do.
