career advice

I am an architect working in a small practice for a number of years and am looking for a change of scene workwise. Would like to move to a much bigger office, but not one that’s too ultra-commercial, preferably with a reasonably design-lead approach and a pleasant working atmosphere. Have been looking at job ads and there are some interesting offices looking for people at the moment e.g ABK, Henry J Lyons, Kavanagh Tuite etc. Does anyone have any experience, insight or opinions on where might be a happening office to work in? Thanks for any advice.
