Bray Town Centre & Riverside Development

I thought this development seemed to have stalled for a good year or so, but it seems (judging by their website) that a lot of planning is still on-going. What do people think of the architectural merit of this plan by Pizarro Developments?

Bray as a whole really does need something like this major re-development though, as anyone will tell you from the area…(it’s a bit of a hole at the moment!)

Don’t know how the large retail element will fair up to the choice of just driving/eventually taking the luas to Dundrum though, especially in these recessionary times!
