Belcamp College in Dublin 17

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the fate of the buildings on the site of Belcamp College in Dublin 17? I heard brief mention that the school itself is going to be demolished to make way for housing and apartments, but was wondering what will be the fate of the 18th century house and the magnificent church that is attached to the current building. I am hoping that these structures wont be allowed to be pulled down too to make way for faceless housing estates. Any info on what is happening would be greatly appreciated!
