      Was in Armagh on Saturday. Very depressing, the majority of the city centre is getting quite derelict with all its fine stone terraces. No peace dividend here.

      The Market Place theatre and arts centre looks very well though even on a dull day.

      Theatre and arts centre are by Glenn Howells, something of a rising star in the UK and possibly the only really good architect from Birmingham.
