Architect in Meath

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I saw that thread earlier while lurking.

I have been told that it is advisable to get someone familiar with the actual county council. As Meath are quite strict.

I thought that this site would have architects from all over the coutnry.

Maybe have to continue my search.

Asking for an architect is still a little vague. What are you seeking, an extension, a one off house, housing development, what scale. Is it away from domestic and into retail.
All councils have similarities. No architect can do a design that a certain CC will automatically approve because all site contexts differ. If you give more details you will get a better answer.

I am seeking a one off house,dormer around 3000 Square foot. It is in a rural setting.

I understand that no architect can do a design that will be automatically approved by a CC.I was advised at my planning meeting to aquire the services of an architect used to Meath county council hence the title of my mail.
