“Meantime, Dublin Corporation improvements to Parnell Square, the Garden of Remembrance, Cathedral St and Marlborough St will be undertaken next year, together with a new pedestrian bridge across the Liffey between Hawkins St and Marlborough St. “

ParticipantI heard about this in the corporation over a year ago, but since then nothing!-there is also talk of upgrading and reopening the leinster market(link from hawkins street to D’olier street beside The GAS building

ParticipantPlease will they ever get their fingers out and get all of these projects rolling. O’ Connell street as we all know is crying out for help. It is a dying lady and a crying shame. Build the Spire, build the mall,upgrade the street and Moore street too. Don’t listen to thatever present section of our society whether Dub or Culchie forever hindering but never offering. Just do it.
