      Item agreed by an bord with conditions – with conditions – person uses excuse that they ‘were sick’ for non compliance and blames another party ………………….. ie blocklayer………….where should the buck stop??

      I can’t see how the owner/builder can pass the buck to the blocklayer, sick or not!
