      Ciaran O’Connor: Asst. Principal Architect, Office of Public Works.
      Author: ‘Woodspec’ “a guide to designing, detailing and specifying timber in Ireland”

      Rupert Oliver:
      Managing Director of Forest Industries Intelligence Limited, an independent consultancy, he is advising a range of International wood industry associations and timber trading companies on sustainable forestry and environmental timber procurement issues. He is also Editor of hardwoodmarkets.com, an independent monthly trade magazine providing information on forest management and hardwood markets to readers in over 30 countries. He has a Masters Degree in Forest Business Administration from Aberdeen University.

      This is a lunchtime talk, organised by the Office of Public Works, which should be of interest to RIAI members, Students, and anyone involved in designing, specifying timber in their work as well as to those interested in Sustainable Forest Management and Timber Certification Schemes.
