There have been some threads here on it before- do a search for it using the name of the building.

Also, iirc, a guy called Patrick Mallett (?) was instrumental in keeping it in the public consciousness in the mid-1990s, possibly with the input of the Irish College in Paris, though I could be wrong about the latter part of that.

Lastly, I heard that it was possible just to walk up to / in to it, though that may have changed in more recent times.
