community groups and residents associations have my expertise to use (landscape architect) to drive their own projects
hence its not about generating buy in, as they are ones driving it.
but i would like to build a photo bank of good examples for them to use as a reference.

You’re supposed to be a “Landscape Architect”.
Why aren’t you showing them your own work and ideas?

Where is your own portfolio of favourite works you like to draw upon, your own design preferences?
If you intend to start a resource here, or expect others to do so, why don’t you start by posting some examples of what you’re talking about or thinking of?
