The front line members of the greens are far from loons… they are articulate visioned people and can only enhance a fairly stagnet FF government, IMHO…..

I have not yet seen the programme for government so i dont know what they suggest for ‘planning’ matters, but i would expect a tightening of Part L Compliance (well, BER Assessment will do that, maybe they will widen the scope of the BER)….

i think their influence will be micro rather than macro regarding planning….. ie encouragement of tax relief on renewables, extra tax on energy guzzlers like filament bulbs, immersion heating etc…..
