But yes, the Parnell Centre is a disaster, especially in the context of Dublin crying out for more retail space.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the place was knocked – it’s such a useless behemoth of a yoke that just doesn’t serve any market. A redvelopment into apartments with modern retail on the ground floor would seem a better bet, as equally wallpaper-like the finished product would probably be…
