Where was this? I heard plans for the Hibernian building which will be redeveloped might include high end retailers but no names were mentioned. I think it’s the wrong location for them anyway. However, office values have risen so much that it’s now more likely that offices will be developed on that site and on Shelbourne Dev’s one.
