Who wants “one of the biggest city centre based retail sites in Europe” hoovering up all the trade in the north city centre? A Las Vegas style one-stop shopping / entertainment wonderland, all under one roof?? No thanks 😉

IMHO, I’d prefer individual streets and the retention of the character of the Henry St/ Moore St area (albeit after cleaning it up a bit!). Big retail centres (anything bigger than Jervis or Stephen’s Green Centre) should be kept out of the City Centre. :rolleyes:
