The development in the photo above (http://gtx2.net/archives/2004_05_01_) is called “Dock Mill”; it’s designed by BKD (http://www.bkd.ie/ – click on Projects – Commercial – Barrow St.) and developed by Ashdew Ltd.and is the result of planning application 2409/00.
