Hard to tell.
Some people suggest he has a set against An Taisce – remember the crisp bags press release?
On the other hand he has a relatively honourable tradition in terms of Wicklow planning – if that is not two oxymorons in one.
On the negative side his ego was already about the size of Ireland. I suspect he will be insufferably self important.
