It is that when an obscure sect sold their Church they inserted an immoral uses clause into the sale agreement. Their definition of immoral uses included the consumption of alcohol.

It was going to court the last I heard, and rightly so. It would make an excellent live music venue.

It’s use as a paint and decor shop was so far below its potential and I don’t think it would suit clothes retailing. The sect would probably argue that the manequins were ‘immoral’ anyway.
