Well thats what I heard when I asked about it.

FYI – The Drogheda by-pass should be open after the June bank holiday weekend and the local rotary club are organising a walk across the bridge day in the coming weeks. The bridge itself is being illuminated and looks spectacular when lit at night (they were testing the ligts a few weeks ago).
