Reply To: Spencer Dock okayed

Tony Gregory, the local mans TD, generally labels High Rise with Developer Greed and often repeats that Mantra. I think someone will have to enlighten the people Gregory represents as to the benefits of building up. Their opinions are I believe a considerable part of the reason the height is being limited.
That aswell as lame decision makers.
