1928 – Cais do Sodré Railway Station, Lisbon, Portugal

Cais do Sodré is the railway station in Lisbon, serving the westbound suburban route. The station is decorated with works by abstract artist António Dacosta. In May 1969, an accident due to a structural collapse of the railway station caused the death of 49 persons.
