First unveiled in 2007, it was never clear where the funding for this vaguely titled centre was to come from.
With the collapse of Anglo-Irish Bank and indeed also their architects Traynor O’Toole,
Costly development (possibly up to 150million) planned to revamp the Clarence Hotel on Wellington Quay,
Monstrously over-scaled development proposal for derelict site on Thomas Street in Dublin’s Liberties,
A mixed-use development and re-generation of an entire city block in the Liberties,
A thirty five-story hotel intended to be part of the National Conference Centre complex on Dublin’s North Wall Quay.
