Built between 1791 and 1793 as a single 32-metre span arch bridge.
The former Debtors Prison on Green Street is adjacent to the current Court House and site of Newgate Gaol.
Erected by James Bell on the occasion of his marriage to Catherine Harvey,
Inscription reads: “A Plan of an Obilisque Pedestils and Orrens to be done for Samuel Faulkner Esq.
