The winning design, estimated to cost approximately £120,000,
Replacing an earlier department store that was burned down in 1920 along with most of this part of St.
Built in the 1920s to the design of architect Henry H.
Built using limestone from nearby Tankardstown.
One of the finer bank branches in Waterford and now sadly no longer used as such.
Completed in 1926, in wrought iron with timber walkway,
Hotel renovated and extended to design of local civil engineer Civil engineer Richard Dowling around 1925-26.
