Design selected after the previous design by Grafton Architects and Shaffrey Architects was put aside after Dublin City Council didn’t approve the fee schedule.
Built to replace an idiosyncratic building,

Dublin City Council refused planning permission for this six-storey 24-bedroom boutique hotel on a site at Shelbourne Road as the scheme would constitute over-development of the site.
