In 2009 ESB selected a shortlist of ten architectural submissions to proceed to the detailed design stage of the competition for the redevelopment of ESB’s Head Office at Lower Fitzwilliam Street,
Aviva Stadium, previously called the Lansdowne Road Stadium,
Designed by Iarnród Éireann Architects, Clongriffin is the 145th station on Iarnród Éireann’s network and is the first new DART station since Grand Canal Dock opened in 2001.
