Architectural Graduate Training Scheme 2012

The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland and the Department of Education and Skills (DES) are inviting applications for the Architectural Graduate Training Scheme. The Training Scheme is designed for recent graduates, who have a recognised qualification in architecture. The selection process will be shortlisting for competitive interview in July with a start date of late July 2012. At this time, we are recruiting for a single graduate position.

The training scheme will provide practical experience for those wishing to prepare for the R.I.A.I. DIT or UCD Examination in Professional Practice. Placement, in the DES Architectural Services Department, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, will be for 36 months only, at a salary of €30,000 p.a.

The Department of Education and Skills has an important role in the design and construction of the Irish Schools Building Programme. The DES Architectural Services Department is part of a multi-disciplinary service and has a wide range of projects around the country.
