Architect: Eugène-Etienne Tache
Originally built as a courthouse, later the Ministry of Finance, restored from 1983 to 1987. The architect of the exterior was Eugène-Etienne Tache, minister of public works at that time. The interior of the building is largely Art Deco, dating from the 1920s.
