Can you name this church in Waterford?

I think that’s the side door of the Catholic Cathedral on Baron Strand Street, it’s still there tucked in between the main 19th century facade and the boundary with Cathedral Lane. It’s only the heavy duty railings [also seen in the photograph below, plucked from ‘Discover Waterford’ by Eamon McEneaney] that are gone now.
Thanks very much, and so it is! I wonder where those old railings ended up, scrapped I suppose. Here are some additional images.
