      Hope at last.
      The ground floor is to be turned into a gallery space for up & coming artists.
      The basement is to become a graphic design studio.

      A pity that the 2 upper floors are not also available, as they would be cool studio spaces.

      A lovely building – good to see it getting used. Been empty for a while now hasn’t it?
