      Hi ,

      I am entering into my final year of college in Dublin and I have to choose a building and then change the use of it for the interiors.Building needs to be approx 10,000sqft , have at least 3 floors ,buildings can be derelict/disused and I must be able to get the CAD dwg files for same.I want to do a youth/community centre so I have been looking at areas that are in need of youth/community centre/facilities.Does anyone have any ideas? would preferably like to pick a building in Dublin but the likes of Co.Meath /Co.Louth near enough to Dublin would be ok too.

      Any ideas would be much appreciated?
