the city council are aware of the importance of these vaults. ignorance is not the reasonGreat posts, I noticed these too when I was walking William St recently. I didn’t realise they were pouring concrete into them. Very odd indeed, I assume they should have known these were there before the plan for William St was started.
What is the expected completion date for this project it seems to be taking an age ??
