Looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

Hello,

I run a small architect’s practice in Co. Meath. I have a number of medium sized projects on my books at the moment €6m+ and have recently had a design fee proposal from a Mechanical Engineer for one of these projects. The proposal was on the high side to say the least and I have therefore decided to look for an Mechanical Engineer (who has possibly got some electrical experience) to come and work here in the office. This would probably be on a contract/project basis only at the moment but may become permanent.

Has anyone had experience of directly employing Mech/Elec Engineers? If so, what is the best way to go about finding one?

Equally, if you are a Mech/Elec engineer and are looking for a new challenge please leave me a message.
