Inactive“Residence of the Irish prime minister: Competition for the housing of the Irish prime minister and state guests in Phoenix Park, Dublin.
PHYSICAL DETAILS: elevs., plans, axonometric views, site plans, secns.
Lotus international 1979, n.25, p.15-24.”I believe the competition was won by Evans & Shalev Architects from London.
The Architectural Archive may have something or else try the Architectural Department of the OPW. - December 10, 2007 at 6:38 pm #796289

InactiveThere was no official publication. Most of the journals of the time covered it, though, and these can be chased down in libraries – RIAI Bulletin, PLAN, AJ, BD, Architectural Review (there was some correspondence in subsequent issues about Ed Jones’s and Mike Gold’s entries). International Architect illustrated the Zaha and Rem entries. Several Irish entries featured in Traditions and Directions, the catalogue of the architecture section of A Sense of Ireland, exhibited at the RCA in London and Dublin’s Project Arts Centre in early 1980.
