      I was just wondering does anyone know the regs on spiral staircases in dwellings.

      Here’s the Standard you need to refer to

      BS 5395-2: 1984 Stairs, ladders and walkways, Part 2, Code of practice for the design of helical and spiral stairs AMD 6076

      Once you have complied with the Standard, you have complied with the Building Regulations.
