I like the look of this renovation.
A great renovation of 9 buckingham street , Dublin 1 of a massive Georgain house, sliced up into a dozen units. But it looks great from the street.
The windows have an odd outer glaze which I’ve never seen before.
This is part of a much larger scheme whcih saw the old school on Portland Row renovated and also a new building on Summerhill where they kept the facade. Its an apartment complex I think.
Passed that recently. It seemed like a good job. I thought it was perspex left over the 1st floor windows … maybe until the job is finished. The Georgian house must be one of the biggest in the city.
