Participantehm…how is it “in a program”. that makes no sense. if you can see it but can’t get a link from it, do a screen capture, save it to your computer, then attach it using “manage attachments”

Inactivesw101 You beat me to it:
1> Save the image in your computer e.g. my documents
2> Click on this link http://blog.imageshack.us/
3> Click on the ‘Browse’ button scrolling through your folders until you hit the correct file
4> Upload the file
5> Copy the web-link marked ‘Forums 1’
(All of this has been done either on your own computer folders or through imageshack
6> Select the thread you want to post onto
7> Click the post reply icon at the top or bottom of the post list
8> Click the icon that is coloured gold and black and looks like two mountains with a square, (it is located on the row of icons above the text the first icon being B for Bold
9> A small pop-up will emerge with a line for text click on this to get a cursor
10> Press the Ctrl button (the bottom left) and v simultaneously to paste the link you have copied from image shack
